I had to share my wonderful experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the excellent customer service with Paige, the quick scheduling for our plumbing emergency, and the honest options for our problems from Nick G. we couldn't be happier with the service. Paige was friendly and was able to have Nick G. scheduled the same day. Nick G. was professional and courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done that made it easy to understand. Hands down an excellent experience and would use their service again.
Jake came to my home as I had suspicions of a possible leak somewhere in my bathroom. He was very friendly and arrived early on a Saturday, which was wonderful and appreciated. He did a very thorough job, checked everything in my home that was plumbing/plumbing related. And explained everything he did and checked when he was done. I was very happy with the services provided and Jake’s assistance in doing so. Thank you so much. I will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future and recommend to my friends and family! 10/10.
I had the pleasure of working with Gary from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived early, which I really appreciated, and was extremely professional throughout the entire service. He took extra care by covering his boots to protect our floors, which shows how thoughtful and meticulous he is. During our walk-through, Gary thoroughly inspected everything and explained all of the issues to me in detail. He assured me that all the problems would be handled quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. Rick did awesome on our new water heater today—he was very efficient! The whole setup looks 10x better than it did when he got there. Not only was he pleasant, but he kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything thoroughly. The process was quick and painless! I would highly recommend it to anyone!
